Responsibility
- ensure compliance with relevant product safety and testing standards
- coordinate with internal teams on launches, including stock intake and product setup for retail and ecommerce
- maintain clear documentation and communication around all design and production timelines
- research and develop seasonal jewellery and accessories collections aligned with brand DNA and trend direction.Create detailed technical packs for production, including CAD drawings, specifications, and materials
- manage the critical path from concept through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.Communicate and liaise with UK and Far East manufacturers to oversee sampling, pricing, and production
- working closely with our creative and operations teams, the successful candidate will play a key role in designing standout accessories and jewellery collections, managing production, and ensuring product quality and delivery timelines are met
Requirements
- minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within youth fashion or accessories
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your jewellery/accessories design work and creative process
- proven experience creating and delivering technical packs for production
- experience managing and executing critical paths in a fast-paced design environment
- confident in liaising with manufacturers and suppliers across different time zones
- A keen understanding of fashion trends, materials, and youth-oriented aesthetics
- ability to work independently, managing both the creative and operational side of product development
- luxury or Premium Fashion Brand Head Office: 2 years
