Responsibility
direction and management of all day-to-day Front Office operations

facilitate the growth and career development of your team by identifying training needs and overseeing planned training activities
manage the deployment and operation of a highly trained, friendly Front Office Team to ensure that guests are consistently satisfied with the service provided
help Managers and Team Leaders maintain the defined standards. Work with colleagues at all levels to deliver a consistent level of quality service
direct line management of team members, responsible for completing monthly 121s, providing timely feedback and coaching, and providing further training
Requirements
