Responsibility
- direction and management of all day-to-day Front Office operations
- handle and resolve guest complaints in a proactive and timely manner
- manage the department and ensure smooth day-to-day running
- select, train, develop and manage team members to ensure the efficient running of the front office
- facilitate the growth and career development of your team by identifying training needs and overseeing planned training activities
- manage the deployment and operation of a highly trained, friendly Front Office Team to ensure that guests are consistently satisfied with the service provided
- help Managers and Team Leaders maintain the defined standards. Work with colleagues at all levels to deliver a consistent level of quality service
- direct line management of team members, responsible for completing monthly 121s, providing timely feedback and coaching, and providing further training
