Responsibility
as a Line Cook you will prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for menu
line Cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks
the successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction
we are looking for passionate Commis Chefs, Chef de Parties and Junior Sous Chefs to relocate to Florida and work with our 5-star Private Member Country Clubs
Requirements
proven cooking experience, including experience as a Chef de Partie, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
you must be currently living and working in Ireland or The UK for at least the last year
you must be available for interviews in July & August
you must be ready to depart for The USA October 2023 and remain there until at least end of May 2024
