HOSPITALITY SOLUTIONS is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

Responsibility

  • as a Line Cook you will prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for menu
  • line Cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks
  • the successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction
  • we are looking for passionate Commis Chefs, Chef de Parties and Junior Sous Chefs to relocate to Florida and work with our 5-star Private Member Country Clubs

Requirements

  • proven cooking experience, including experience as a Chef de Partie, Restaurant Cook or Prep Cook
  • you must be currently living and working in Ireland or The UK for at least the last year
  • you must be available for interviews in July & August
  • you must be ready to depart for The USA October 2023 and remain there until at least end of May 2024
  • culinary: 1 year
