  • we are now looking for a Reservations Executive to join our team reporting to the Operations Manager
  • the successful applicant would ideally have strong organisational skills and be comfortable in developing and maintaining client and supplier relationships

  • processing of group and FIT reservation requests in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner by telephone and in writing
  • confident, polite and professional telephone manner
  • making group bookings for restaurants and attractions throughout the UK and Northern Europe
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • providing booking advice and assistance to our tour operator and consumer clients and suppliers
  • excellent customer service skills
  • identifying, engaging, negotiating and on boarding of new supply partners
  • ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
