- reporting to the Operations Manager or Project Director on project status, budgets, and any issues encountered
- conducting regular site inspections to ensure the highest standards of horticultural practice are maintained
- ensuring all gardening tools and machinery are used safely and maintained properly
- ensuring the proper care and maintenance of all plants, including watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilising
- keeping detailed records of project progress, plant inventories, and maintenance schedules
