Responsibility

• this is a fantastic opportunity to oversee all aspects of a Lettings Agency. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for the day to day running and operational tasks of the full managed lettings portfolio
• you will implement policies and procedures related to the development and maintenance of residential properties. You will analyze client concerns and act as a liaison between our real estate agents and other staff
