- ensure the trust has the appropriate management systems and structures to carry out its operations effectively
- ensure arrangements are in place for the maintenance, servicing, testing, and inspection of all facilities and equipment
- manage the trust’s ICT assets
- to work alongside the CFO to identify trust-wide savings that can be made with the procurement of supplies and services
- oversee and review contracts for supplies and services ensuring they are fit for purpose and value for money
- to act as the key point of contact for any data protection issues
- ensure that all duties and services provided are in accordance with the trust’s Equal Opportunities Policy
