- deliver complex care visits in the home environment as needed
- supervise and train new staff members when required
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years UK Registered Sick Nurse experience
- child and adult DBS
- valid NMC PIN
- proficiency with syringe drivers and complex medicine management
- cannulation, phlebotomy, and complex infusion therapy experience
- familiarity with central venous access and PEG/gastrostomy care
- experience in community-based complex care delivery
- experience with TPN, PICCs, tracheostomy care, ventilation, stoma care, and paediatric safeguarding
