HOPE FOR FUTURE is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • be accountable for the day-to-day financial operations within the charity, such as payroll, invoicing, staff expenses and other transactions
  • maintain day-to-day records and processes, including recording income and expenditure
  • attend and support our quarterly trustee meetings by preparing financial papers
  • participate in the Finance sub-group of the trustees by preparing the agenda and papers and liaising with the treasurer
  • provide insightful information and expectations to the Director and trustees to aid in long-term planning and short-term decision making
  • ensure HFTF’s annual accounts are completed and submitted to the Charity Commission on time, including liaising with the charity’s independent examiner
  • understand and ensure that HFTF complies with the Charity Commission’s financial regulations
  • produce the charity’s monthly financial reports then discuss these with the Director to be presented to the senior leadership team and trustees
