- the owners of a well-run country pub are seeking a Chef, that can continue to deliver the food standards which are expected by the locals and visitors that return regularly due to the pub’s reputation in the area
- check prep levels, work alongside the head chef and owners to oversee the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and have excellent personal hygiene, complete and maintain paperwork, and keep the kitchen at a 5 star hygiene standard
- working closely with the head chef & team ensuring service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. The menus consist of modern British pub style dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients sourced locally
