Requirements
- demonstrate a strong passion and commitment to the digital charity strategic objectives of the charity
- personal support for the organisation, its clients, users and beneficiaries with an ability to promote collaboration within the team
- demonstrate tact and diplomacy, with the ability to engage effectively with others
- strong networking abilities that can be utilised for the benefit of the charity’s vision and mission
- experience of creating and developing webpages and portals using html, css and javaScript
- experience in managing online analytics tools, assessing engagement and outcomes
- knowledge of website management and new page creation
- successful in social media planning & delivering content driven and outcome-based campaigns
Responsibility
- the Digital Administrator will be responsible for helping with all aspect of digital/social media administration, to support with external and internal company communications
- playing a part in the messaging to building relationships with our stakeholders such as schools, community groups, churches and other youth focused organisations
- this entry level role will be working with the management team to assist in communicating clear and concise messaging to a broad audience in a proactive and hands on manner
- the role will work with management and external agencies to assist in delivering Hope 4 Life NI’s communications across many different channels maximising relationships, promoting the delivery of services in line with the Charity’s principles, mission and vision
- as this is a digital role, we expect candidates to have foundational knowledge of web-based design and development. However, more training and support will be provided in these areas
- fulfilling the duties and responsibilities set out in the job description to positively affect the overall productivity and outcomes for the charity’s services
- creating and executing social media campaigns to promote the organisation to multiple groups e.g. Beneficiaries, Parents, Teachers, Other VCSE organisations, Licensees, Finance Manager, Accountant etc. locally and nationally
- website management, updating content, new page creation, donation pages to increase engagement and drive data driven decisions using analytics tools
