- to ensure compliance with the Company's recruitment, supervision and training policies
- to always represent the Company in a professional manner, on the telephone, face to face or in written communication
- to ensure care / support services are structured in a way that provides flexibility, reliability and continuity
- to ensure our services are accessible
- to ensure the service meets, and indeed exceeds, the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 Regulations 2014 and the Care Quality Commission Fundamental Standards
- to ensure the development of robust systems and procedures
- to ensure the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of services
- to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with the right number of suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff
