- we are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to work alongside our General Manager
- you will achieve all this while ensuring our customers remain at the heart of every decision you make
- we are Homebird Interiors - an inspirational, stylish and affordable furniture and homewares store. We are in the process of opening a new multi-level flagship store in St Annes, offering a wide range of furniture, homewares and gifts
- as a natural leader you will assist in coaching, developing and supporting your team to help them reach their full potential, whilst being a key contributor to maintaining visual standards and driving sales
- taking joint ownership with your Store Manager for the performance of your store, you will make commercial decisions and spot business opportunity that drive results
