Responsibility

  • manage the service’s regulatory compliance in line with the Care Quality Commission standards and Home Instead’s quality standards
  • contribute to the retention of our ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating
  • manage client enquiries
  • work with our Financial Administrator to ensure that clients are charged correctly and Care Professionals are paid correctly
  • coordinate new Live-in Care Professionals introduction to their clients
  • arrange training for new Live-in Care Professionals
  • liaise with our local recruitment function to plan the use of ‘Live-in’ Care Professionals to meet the needs of our new Live-in care clients
  • monitor and report key performance indicators and forecasts to the Directors
