Job position
- retail showroom manager
Responsibility
- manage day-to-day activities of the showroom, including assisting with customers, providing guidance and advice as needed
- manage the appearance and aesthetic of the showroom. Including stock levels and product pricing
- provide interior design concepts for clients using our products and furniture. This includes producing mood boards, visuals and quotes as applicable
- organising and implementing seasonal showroom events
- drive overall showroom sales and local engagement
Requirements
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
- experience in, or qualification in, interior design or a related subject
- an attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
- A good understanding of contemporary interior design
- experience in retail or other customer facing environments
- computer literacy in basic desk top publishing and image manipulation software for client presentations
- proficiency in CAD-related software for creating floor plans and 3D renderings
- strong overall written communication skills for social media and customer communication
