Responsibility

  • we are looking for a friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team. This is a dual role across Day Care and Transport
  • work to transport members between their homes and Cheadle Day Care, Outreach Groups, or any other agreed destination using the Moorlands Home Link minibus, and meet their care needs in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence
  • work as part of the Transport Team to maintain client health and safety at all times in accordance with their Care Plan and Risk Assessments and to help with care of the member’s physical environment while travelling on the minibus
  • work as part of the Day Care Team to meet client’s needs including personal care, social, emotional, and recreational needs, in accordance with their Care Plan and Risk Assessment
