Responsibility

  • tenant sourcing checks and references, producing tenancy agreements and managing the renewals process/end of tenancy arrangements
  • ensuring our property CRM is maintained and kept up to date
  • property Inspections/appraisals and full inventory management
  • liaise with utility companies and councils at start and end of tenancy
