Responsibility

  • project managing the events from conception to completion, including the delivery of events on-site
  • identifying and working with suitable venues to ensure the best possible rates and contract terms and conditions
  • tracking project progress against deadlines andproviding regular event status reports for the Product Managers and CEO
  • gathering, proofreading, and distributing all event-related content
  • managing projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritise workload
  • cost managing to ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget
  • maintaining a strong customer focus through the development of excellent client relationships with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and delegates
  • producing regular Newsletters and Sale Lists and distributing to our Members/Retailers
