Responsibility
- this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Care Manager with a passion for caring to join our outstanding office based in Cowes on the Isle of Wight As our Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our care service and ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care
- effectively manage complaints and incidents, carrying out investigations relating to the quality of the service and using those findings to initiate improvements
- ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees
- ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality and Diversity Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery
