Responsibility
- we are looking to recruit a level 3 minimum qualified practitioner to join our team at our Molesey branch
- the position would be leading our preschool
- the role can also be fulfilled over 4 5 days
- they need to inspire and lead a team with excellent communication skills
- home From Home is currently in the process of building aa purpose built setting. We are seeking a qualified room lead join our team
- home From Home promotes staff finding a work/home balance and we are happy to offer contracts from 38.5 hours per week up to 45 depending on candidates preference
- the candidate needs to be confident with the EYFS, professional, have excellent communication skills and have experience of being a key worker
- home From Home is all about 'play-based learning' so the candidate needs to be enthusiastic in leading and teaching through play-based activities as well as following children's key interests
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
