we are currently seeking a dynamic and confident Administrator/Completions Manager to look after our team of Mortgage Brokers
as an integral part of our growing organization, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, while providing exceptional customer service
you will be working closely with the Directors of the Business
answering/making phone calls, assisting clients with their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person

the role requires someone who can effectively manage their own tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision
Requirements
excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
outstanding telephone etiquette and ability to communicate effectively
ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
previous experience in an administrative role preferred
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
proficient in using office software
resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude even during challenging situations
excellent written and communication skills
