- we are currently seeking a dynamic and confident Administrator/Completions Manager to look after our team of Mortgage Brokers
- as an integral part of our growing organization, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, while providing exceptional customer service

- answering/making phone calls, assisting clients with their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- you will be working closely with the Directors of the Business and Mortgage Brokers
- answering phone calls and assisting clients with their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- the role requires someone who can effectively manage their own tasks and responsibilities without constant supervision
- speaking with Insurance providers, underwriters and Doctors surgeries
- liaising with Mortgage providers and Solicitors
- generating individual quotes for clients
- part of the role will include providing buildings and contents insurance to our clients that need it
- keying applications
- managing and organizing the business CRM systems, record keeping
- scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- provide Buildings and Contents Insurance where needed to our clients
- providing administrative support to various teams as needed

Requirements
