Responsibility

  • ensure the cleanliness of children at all times
  • contribute to the implementation of the EYFS and plan activities that are appropriate for the children in collaboration with the Nursery Supervisors and other staff
  • be aware of and adhere to all nursery policies and procedures
  • develop positive relationships with all other staff working within the nursery
  • ensure each child is dropped off/collected in accordance with the nursery drop off/collection procedure and that registers are completed within 10 minutes by the member of staff who receives/hands over the child
  • liaise with parents and encourage involvement in all aspects of their children’s care and development
