Responsibility
- as a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will work with Nursing staff and domiciliary care staff and provide home carers to clients, helping them to continue living safely and independently in their own homes
- all staff are required to follow the Hygiene Code and all company policies and procedures related to it and the Health Act 2006. Failure to comply with any of these may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal
- overseeing the day-to-day smooth running of the office
- representing the company during meetings with officials and service commissioners
