Responsibility

  • this is a new role and will develop as the business grows and have opportunity to develop your role
  • we are currently looking for candidates that are motivated, has a willingness to learn, and be passionate about customer service
  • the ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, as well as excellent IT skills
  • you must be able to work accurately under pressure, whilst remaining calm and courteous
  • full training will be given, so no experience is necessary if you tick the requirements above

Requirements

  • willingness to learn about our products
  • analytical approach to problem solving
  • would be nice but not essential to understand how thermostats work and how to connect devices to the internet
  • an ability and desire to work on own initiative and prioritize workload without supervision
  • ability to multitask and manage your time effectively
  • strong written/communication skills, being able to articulate key points to ensure clarity
