  • support service users in all aspects of their care needs
  • support to family members
  • lead and develop team members to ensure on-going high quality care
  • develop and maintain effective communication with other team members and visiting professionals
  • liaise with multi disciplines in a professional and timely manner
  • level 3 Health and Social care with medication training and experience
  • minimum of 1 year senior care assistant experience within a care home setting
