Responsibility
- to ensure that as Nursery Nurse, you understand and comply with all Holly Tree Day Nursery policies and procedures
- to work under the supervision and guidance of a room senior, ensuring all daily activities and routine meet OFSTED’s legal requirements
- you must ensure each child’s learning and development is recorded including any issues or problems. (These must be discussed with your senior, the Senco worker and parents if
- attend regular training by local authority, to update your knowledge and skills in the childcare profession
- to ensure that all equipment is kept safe and stored safely and it is not misused and also checked on a regular basis for safety
- to listen to children at all times ensuring they are happy and feel safe
