we opened in September 2022 in Holloway and as we grow, are looking for additional full time team members
no night shifts required
usual working days are four days a week with consecutive days off
weekend shifts are necessary on rotation
shifts start at 5, 6 or 7am so please make sure you can travel to Holloway for those times before applying
we leaven all our bread and pastries with sourdough and focus on quality, flavour and on developing an efficient and practical approach to systems and process
