  • ensuring excellent customer service, implementing and maintaining high standards
  • managing the bar, cellar and restaurant looking after the venue stock take, ordering and organising
  • taking care of customer relations, emails, social media, and feedback
  • organising all staff daily, as well as planning ahead monthly and weekly. Communicating with all staff and Kitchen team to ensure a cost-effective budgeted rota is completed weekly and sent out to staff
