ensuring excellent customer service, implementing and maintaining high standards
managing the bar, cellar and restaurant looking after the venue stock take, ordering and organising
taking care of customer relations, emails, social media, and feedback
organising all staff daily, as well as planning ahead monthly and weekly. Communicating with all staff and Kitchen team to ensure a cost-effective budgeted rota is completed weekly and sent out to staff
