Responsibility

  • identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new customers, new channels, new products & services
  • developing customer accounts to increase number of sales
  • following up quotations and sales enquiries
  • building relationship with customers, gauging their needs and developing solution to address these needs
  • developing customer oriented promotions & advertisement strategies
  • lead, manage and motivate the team
  • provide training and mentorship to junior members of the team
  • run tenders, evaluate bids, and make recommendations

Requirements

  • experience of working as sales /accounts/manager, ideally within a retail food industry
  • deep knowledge in sales and retail management
  • highly organized and a team leader
  • business development & Communication Skill
  • excellent financial and numerical skills and excellent in sales
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • good relationship builder, both internal and external
  • willingness to learn new skills
