Responsibility
- produce detailed technical drawings for domestic extensions and other residential projects
- collaborate with architects and other team members to deliver projects from concept through to completion
- prepare planning and building regulation submissions
- ensure all technical designs comply with current regulations and standards
- coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met
- provide technical advice and solutions throughout the project lifecycle
- manage project documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained
Requirements
- proven experience as an Architectural Technician, with a strong portfolio of residential projects, particularly domestic extensions
- advanced proficiency in Revit
- sound knowledge of building regulations and planning processes
- strong technical drawing skills and the ability to produce high-quality, detailed construction drawings
- experience working with contractors and coordinating project teams
- excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- strong communication skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
