- developing and maintaining an enticing drink menu, including craft beers, fine spirits, wines and non-alcoholic options
- implementing effective strategies to maximise sales, including promotions and events
- our Brewhouse has become a go-to destination for beer enthusiasts and casual visitors alike, and we are dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience
- monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and placing orders to maintain an adequate supply of beverages, glassware, and bar supplies
- handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all patrons
Requirements
- high standards and attention to detail are key with a desire to grow and gain new experiences and skills
- able to maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume
- available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and bank holidays
