Responsibility

  • hodsons Estate Agents is looking for a full-time experienced Assistant Letting Manager to join our team
  • you should be comfortable working with tenants and answering questions about our properties
  • maintaining records of all tenancy activity including new agreements, renewals, cancellations and move-ins
  • assisting with banking duties
  • mid term and end of term inspections
  • preparing Inventories
  • assist with any tenancy issues that arise during the tenancy process
  • our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the property management industry, and is a highly organized, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
