Responsibility

  • support the customer service team in handling and resolving customer enquiries, complaints and issues
  • manage the warehouse, packing rooms and mill house team, site and operations in compliance with company policies and vision, overseeing receiving, warehousing, blending, milling, packing, distribution and maintenance
  • manage the warehouse premises, ensuring suitability for operations and addressing any issues promptly in liaison with the landlord
  • plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
  • you will work as part of the management team alongside the company’s directors and the Procurement & Logistics Manager, and in close liaison with our technical and administrative teams
