Responsibility

  • to carryout development inspections as necessary to ensure Trinity Estates Management responsibilities are met
  • to effectively manage all maintenance request, including raising purchase orders, sourcing and
  • work with and build positive relationships customer formed groups such as RA’s, RMC’s, RTM etc
  • to report to each client on a regular basis regarding the ongoing management of the development
  • attending meetings with customers and clients as required
  • o Work with and build positive relationships customer formed groups such as RA’s, RMC’s, RTM etc
  • we cover the whole of the Sussex area and surrounding counties, with focus on the coastal area between Portsmouth and Brighton
  • ensuring development management strategies are produced, met and reviewed on a regular basis

Requirements

  • educated to ‘A’ Level standards or equivalent
  • ideally educated to ‘A’ Level standards or equivalent
  • GCSE grades A-C in English
  • associate level IRPM essential
  • relevant industry qualifications
  • must have at least 2yrs previous experience in a managerial position
  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft computer packages
  • customer service qualifications desirable
