Responsibility
- to carryout development inspections as necessary to ensure Trinity Estates Management responsibilities are met
- to effectively manage all maintenance request, including raising purchase orders, sourcing and
- work with and build positive relationships customer formed groups such as RA’s, RMC’s, RTM etc
- to report to each client on a regular basis regarding the ongoing management of the development
- attending meetings with customers and clients as required
- o Work with and build positive relationships customer formed groups such as RA’s, RMC’s, RTM etc
- we cover the whole of the Sussex area and surrounding counties, with focus on the coastal area between Portsmouth and Brighton
- ensuring development management strategies are produced, met and reviewed on a regular basis
Requirements
- educated to ‘A’ Level standards or equivalent
- ideally educated to ‘A’ Level standards or equivalent
- GCSE grades A-C in English
- associate level IRPM essential
- relevant industry qualifications
- must have at least 2yrs previous experience in a managerial position
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft computer packages
- customer service qualifications desirable
