Responsibility
- general Manager and Kitchen Manager
- to represent the company’s high standards of personal presentation and behaviour at all times during a shift
- to report for duty, punctually, wearing the correct uniform
- always adhere to the company’s policies and procedures
- prepare, cook present and serve food quickly and efficiently meeting our high standards
- work safely around the kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
- complete all appropriate company documentation and key tasks on every shift
- to have a thorough knowledge of and adherence to the law with regard to the following company regulations
