- minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines
