Requirements

  • ARB / RIBA Qualified preferred
  • passion for technical excellence in a variety of Architectural and Interior Design focused projects
  • experience in using NBS specification writing software preferred
  • experience in BIM project delivery to/ or aspects of IS0 19650 preferred
  • experience in RIBA Stage 0- 5
  • experience of regularly working on projects from 30-500k sq ft
  • good understanding of all drawing packages, including but not exclusive of; Partitions, Floors, Ceilings, Joinery & Doors
  • 3+ years experience in practice with Corporate Interiors

Responsibility

  • this role requires a detail orientated person with a passion for excellence in design execution and delivery
  • HLW is seeking a Technical Architectural Designer working alongside the project team – from RIBA Stage 0-5. Supporting technical documentation production, specification, coordination, BIM model management and site delivery
  • this is a client facing role working hand in hand with the Project Manager and Lead designers to exceed our clients' expectations
  • projects are primarily Commercial Workplace fitouts for world leading clients and an array of Base building repositioning and refurbishment works for the UK's leading Landlords, Asset Managers and developers
