- we are looking for an individual to join our office team in this interesting and varied position
- we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team and can hit the ground running
- your main responsibility will be data and stock management - In addition, you will also provide customer service and administrative support across the business
- working with the Warehouse Manager, your main task will include inventory/stock control across various business which will include ordering products to stock for the businesses
- ordering products to ensure businesses are well-stocked
- assisting customers in placing orders where needed
- managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters etc
- assisting the Marketing team to update relevant social media accounts, where needed
Requirements
- ability to carry out data and inventory management with accuracy
- overall IT proficiency
- microsoft Office and Google Sheets proficient
- logical and methodical thinking and being very thorough
- excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
- able to work on own initiative and take on additional tasks as needed and required
- good attention to detail
- proven organisational skills
