  • previous experience as a host or hostess in a hospitality setting or excellent proven presentation skills
  • driver preferred
  • team leader: 2 years

Responsibility

  • lead liaison for our experience locations and partner wineries
  • overseeing smooth and quality running of all experiences and workshops through site visits and team liaison
  • team leader including welfare checks, recruitment and training
  • hosting of sessions and workshops across multiple scripts
  • working alongside our marketing Manager to successfully release sessions based on demand, hitting capacity targets for the season
  • supporting with consumer booking queries and communications as needed
  • liaising with Hiver HQ and wider team regarding inventory levels and stock management
  • the organization and administration of Corporate Hospitality enquiries
