Responsibility
- advising customers on products / options range to best suit their needs
- process orders / enquiries via email or phone
- check data accuracy in orders and invoices to company standards
- maintain order diary and accuracy
- contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- liaise with the Operations teams to co-ordinate customer orders
- maintain and update sales and customer records
- following up with customers to confirm order numbers / credit control
Requirements
- proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- high level of attention to detail
- ability to work at pace during peak periods
- good customer service skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- flexible approach to handle a variety of responsibilities and ability to use own initiative to complete duties unsupervised
- sales administration: 3 years
