Responsibility
- you will also need to be able to take charge of the depot yourself when the Manager is away
- as this is a new depot, knowledge of tool and equipment hire and the relevant equipment would be very desirable
- hireforce is a growing independent tool hire company that is in the process of opening its 6th tool hire depot in Cambridge
- as a Senior Hire controller, we are looking for someone who is able to take charge of a hire desk in this new depot and ensure our customers receive a top class service
- this will be delivered through great customer communication and strong logistical skills to ensure deliveries and collections a made efficiently and on time
- supervisory experience of would also be beneficial
- the successful applicant will also be someone who is keen to grow the revenue of the depot through developing customer relationships and building the branches reputation for quality
- you will be need to take phone and email orders, manage staff in the depot and arrange deliveries and collections with our vehicle fleet

- be able to supervise the branch in the Managers absence
- construction / Hire / Builders Merchant Experience
