Responsibility
- ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times and in line with company and client expectations
- report all incidents witnessed via appropriate company/client reporting channels
- use of equipment including radio and body worn cameras
- report anti-social behaviour, in accordance with the company policy
- liaise with railway staff and colleagues in order to build effective working relationships and promote a safer railway network
- we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team of security officers patrolling and securing our city center railway stations on a relief contract
- assist our customer in reducing crime, anti-social behaviour and public order offences
- the core elements of your duties will include carrying out patrols and searches at regular intervals as well as providing a high standard of customer service and liaising with railway staff to ensure company and client expectations are achieved
Requirements
- you will need to hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor License
- you will need to hold a valid SIA License
- you MUST be able to comply with the ‘Vetting Guidance for RSAS Applicants’
- training will be provided
- be a resident in the UK for a period of 3 years or more
- be eligible to work full time in the UK without restrictions
- declare all previous convictions and cautions, including spent convictions and driving offences
- security: 1 year
