  • 5-7 years’ proven experience in a dynamic and challenging Industrial manufacturing environment

Responsibility

  • create and oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery for both internal and customer orders
  • develop and implement a comprehensive training program, mentoring manufacturing staff to maintain high-quality standards and enhance manufacturing efficiency
  • analyse production data to pinpoint areas for improvement and take corrective actions
  • work closely with the R&E team to innovate and refine HP hose body manufacturing techniques
  • track and assess key performance indicators to gauge manufacturing performance, driving improvements. Achieve annual and long-term goals by defining and executing strategic plans and optimizing resource deployment
