Responsibility

  • the role under guidance from the Head of IT and Directors will involve the development of in-house and external applications, and management of all Hilson Moran applications in accordance with strict operational deadlines
  • by close liaison with the Head of IT and management teams the Software / Application Developer will ensure continual review of the applications to ensure that all elements remain relevant to the operating needs of the business
  • the role will work at all stages of the development life cycle, from conception or initial user requirements, through design, development, and testing, including application maintenance
  • the role will lead and ensure that the internal and external customers experience a best-in-class system / support service with minimal disruption to the business
