Responsibility
- we are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead all aspects of our business
- develop and implement a marketing strategy that focuses on expanding our market share and improving our sales
- you will be responsible for the store’s overall quality, sales and profitability
- hire, train and manage a team of salespeople and employees
- the ideal candidate will be passionate about building a successful business and developing a team of professionals
- create systems to ensure that sales goals are met consistently
- you will play an important role in helping us achieve our financial goals as well as in developing new revenue streams
- evaluate sales data and determine whether or not the business is meeting goals within the market
Requirements
- proven successful experience as a Retail Manager, store manager or similar role
- strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff through example and communication
- basic knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service practices
- excellent organizational skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines

- must be proficient in MS Office; we will train on-the-job with basic computer skills
