build and refine on the existing customer journey programmes
this is a hybrid role, where you will be based in the office two days a week, with three days based from home, and the salary offers up to £25k basic and on target earrings of up to £34k
maintain thorough and accurate customer service records through CRM applications
gain customer insights to capture feedback for product development
Requirements
proven experience of working in a business to business Customer Service role
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
experience of working with business customers across a variety of channels, particularly via phone, live chat and email
confidence to sell benefits and up-sell
computer skills including MS Office suite and CRM System experience
genuine listening and empathy skills with a positive mind-set
self-motivated, able to work under pressure with a drive to succeed
customer Service: 1 year
