Responsibility
- supporting customers through their journey during their subscription lifetime with regular emails and updates
- respond to all customer enquiries
- support users directly via e-mail/ teleconference calls and live chat to train and help resolve any issues or queries
- this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic software business based in the centre of Bath who are looking to recruit an ambitious Account Executive to join their existing Client Account Management team of 10
- build and refine on the existing customer journey programmes
- this is a hybrid role, where you will be based in the office two days a week, with three days based from home, and the salary offers up to £25k basic and on target earrings of up to £34k
- maintain thorough and accurate customer service records through CRM applications
- gain customer insights to capture feedback for product development
Requirements
- proven experience of working in a business to business Customer Service role
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- experience of working with business customers across a variety of channels, particularly via phone, live chat and email
- confidence to sell benefits and up-sell
- computer skills including MS Office suite and CRM System experience
- genuine listening and empathy skills with a positive mind-set
- self-motivated, able to work under pressure with a drive to succeed
- customer Service: 1 year
