  • process all orders received via the e-commerce system and direct emails
  • dealing with incoming sales enquiries and prepare quotes
  • liaise with customers and regarding queries on quotes and then process sales orders

  • ensure customer PO’s are recorded on orders, creation of despatch notes and invoicing is processed through QuickBooks
