Responsibility

  • using job boards and social media to attract a wide range of candidates for sales positions
  • ad Placement and creation
  • ensuring high volume recruitment across the board
  • vetting candidates over the phone
  • conducting 1-1 zoom appointments
  • all client onboarding and pre employment checks
  • liaising with the Operations team and sales managers to ensure forecasted targets are met
  • assisting the Head of HR & Operations with ad-hoc duties as required
