Responsibility
- using job boards and social media to attract a wide range of candidates for sales positions
- ad Placement and creation
- ensuring high volume recruitment across the board
- vetting candidates over the phone
- conducting 1-1 zoom appointments
- all client onboarding and pre employment checks
- liaising with the Operations team and sales managers to ensure forecasted targets are met
- assisting the Head of HR & Operations with ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- experience working in recruitment would be highly advantageous
- sales minded and target driven
- fantastic telephone manner
