Responsibility

• booking accommodation for multi-day tours across Scotland
• answer all internal and external accommodation and tour queries
• maintain good working relationships with accommodation providers

• resolve problems under pressure, for example, last-minute accommodation changes
• contact customers to confirm reservations or advise them of travel changes
• assist with tour dispatch
• handle payments for tour bookings by cash or card
• work with other team members to resolve any queries or issues
• support visitors to Edinburgh with any information they may need
• deal with inbound enquiries and convert them into bookings

Requirements

• minimum one-year experience in sales and customer service
• multi-tasking
• excellent IT skills
