Responsibility
- weekly snapshot reporting of sales, GP, and inventory
- manage accounts receivable through the Credit Controller, setting targets, credit limits, and monitoring possible bad debts
- ensure that the Sales Terms & Conditions and Customer Credit processes are compliant and updated
- oversee and direct cash flows, budgeting, the annual statutory audit , tax, accounting, forecasting, and insurance activities for the businesses
- shareholder funding management with schedules for interest calculations and reporting on withholding tax and compliance related to the loans
- your responsibilities include building relationships with bankers, creating forecasting models, managing cashflow, developing the ERP software system , reporting, while ensuring that we comply with all regulations
- quarterly Review meeting document preparation and presentation with shareholders
- the annual budgeting process and on-going forecasting to end of financial year
